Registration includes access to the scientific sessions and exhibition area; conference programme and e-book of abstracts; certificate of attendance; conference lunches and coffee/tea breaks.

Payments are accepted by credit card or bank transfer.





1The extended deadline for early registration is midnight May 30, 2022 (Central European Summer Time, GMT +2).

2To qualify for the student rate, send by fax (+39 049 860 2389) or email (meet@meetandwork.com) proof of your full-time student status (letter from the supervisior or department head stating you are a full time undergraduate or graduate student);


Registration fees already paid for the event originally scheduled in 2020 will remain in place for the new congress dates. 

Delegates already registered who should be unable to reconfirm their attendance for the new dates have been requested to  inform Meet and Work (email to: meet@meetandwork.comby September 1st, 2021. Their registration fees will be refunded after the 2022 conference.

Cancellations made 
 -  from 2 September 2021 to April 30, 2022: will result in a 50% cancellation penalty.
 -  after April 30, 2022: no refund will be possible.

 All refunds will be handled after the 2022 conference.


At least one author per accepted abstract is requested to register for the HEAL 2021 Conference.
Extended deadline for authors registration: May 30th, 2022

Failure to register will result in the exclusion of the paper.

We recommend authors to register through the same link used to submit their paper:

entering their USERNAME (= surname) and abstract PIN on the relevant fields and then clicking on CHECK ABSTRACT'S STATUS. On the next screen you will see the status of the submitted abstract and a button: "REGISTER THE PRESENTING AUTHOR" >> click here to make your registraton.
